Processed locally. The file is not uploaded.

Set exact pixel dimensions for a photo or graphic. Aspect ratio locking is enabled by default, so changing one side updates the other and avoids stretching. You can turn the lock off when a destination requires an exact width and height.

How to use Resize Image

  1. Choose an image and review its original dimensions.
  2. Enter the target width or height and decide whether to keep the aspect ratio.
  3. Choose an output format, process the image, and download it.

Things worth knowing

  • Enlarging a small source does not create new detail.
  • For web publishing, resize before compression so the compressor works on the final pixel count.
  • Images and outputs are limited to 12,000 pixels per side and 20 megapixels to protect browser memory.

Keep aspect ratio is enabled. It preserves the original shape while you change the width or height.
